  • Pour the hot water over the lemon grass pieces.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the water and pour it into your teacup.

Try not to add fruit with high acid content because it can trigger other symptoms that can worsen your stomach acid. In addition, you can also add ice cubes according to taste.

Lemongrass is known to be good for stomach acid problems, but further research is still needed to prove that lemongrass is beneficial for stomach acid.
