  1. Wash rice thoroughly, then soak for approximately 3 hours.
  2. Boil boiled water with kencur, turmeric, ginger, tamarind, pandan leaves, and java sugar. Mix well and cook until all the ingredients are cooked and boil.
  3. After a bit cold, strain the cooking water.
  4. Blend or mash the pulp from kencur, turmeric, ginger, and tamarind which was previously boiled together with a white rice marinade until smooth.
